The “n8n personal” app

“n8n personal” is a private automation tool that I run on my own computer. It connects only to my own Google accounts, and nobody else uses it.

• What it accesses: Gmail messages, drafts and labels, YouTube channel and video data, and YouTube Analytics, only for the accounts I sign in with.
• How it is used: to read, organise and reply to my email, and to upload and manage videos on my channels, when I ask it to.
• Where it is stored: sign-in tokens are kept encrypted on my own machine. Email and video data is not stored on any server.
• AI processing: when I ask an AI assistant to work with my email or videos, the content it needs for that request is sent to that AI provider to process.
• Sharing: the data is never sold, used for advertising, or shared with anyone else.

Its use of information received from Google APIs follows theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove its access at any time from yourGoogle account permissions.
